Good to know

Does it cost anything to shop on Basko?

No. You pay the store’s shelf price plus any delivery fee the store sets. Prices are set by each store, and unit pricing is shown so you can compare fairly.

When is my card charged?

Only after the store confirms your order. If a store can’t fulfil it, you’re never charged.

How does pickup work?

Choose a pickup window at checkout. When your order is ready, show the 6-digit code from your order page at the counter — done.

What if something is missing or wrong?

Tell the store from your order page, or contact us and we’ll sort it out. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Is allergen information reliable?

Stores declare allergens per product using the Australian mandatory allergen list, and we show ingredients wherever available. Recipes change, so always check the physical label before eating.
